Connector Optics has completed work on the 1st stage of the project within the framework of the Federal Target Program

Connector Optics LLC in a consortium with ITMO University and SPbPU successfully completed the first stage of the project "Development of technology for epitaxial growth of device semiconductor heterostructures based on InP: passive mode locked lasers and photodetectors of the 1300-1550 nm spectral range" within the framework of the Federal Target Program "Research and Development in priority areas of development of the scientific and technological complex of Russia on 2014-2020“ . At this stage, according to the schedule, an analytical review of scientific and information sources concerning the development of heterostructures of photodetectors and passive mode locked lasers on indium phosphide substrates was carried out. Patent research has been conducted. The technological documentation of manufacturing heterostructures of photodetectors and passive mode locked lasers by molecular beam epitaxy has been developed.
