Connector Optics has completed work on the 3rd stage of the project within the framework of the Federal Target Program

Connector Optics LLC in a consortium with ITMO University and SPbPU successfully completed the third stage of the project "Development of technology for epitaxial growth of device semiconductor heterostructures based on InP: passive mode locked lasers and photodetectors of the 1300-1550 nm spectral range" within the framework of the Federal Target Program "Research and Development in priority areas of development of the scientific and technological complex of Russia on 2014-2020". At this stage, according to the schedule, a generalization and evaluation of the results of the research was carried out, including: generalization of research results; evaluation of the efficiacy of research results in comparison with the modern scientific and technical level; assessment of the completeness of the task solution and achievement of the set goals of the research. Additional patent studies have been carried out in terms of the heterostructures of the of photodetectors and passive mode locked lasers in accordance with GOST R 15.011-96. The RU patent for utility model No. 172195 "Heterostructure of a semiconductor laser" was obtained.
